So a random guy walked up to me and said this:

“Hey, you graduate in June. Why don’t you go full time at Best Buy for a little bit, save some money, while at the same time, look for a good post-BA degree job up north around San Francisco. Worse case scenario, you could transfer to a Best Buy up there and continue to look for a better job. Then, with your savings, move up there and find a apartment or house with some random roommates!...”

I looked at him and replied:

“Why, random stranger, that was some excellent and inspiring advice!”

He nodded his head sagely.

“Indeed it was. San Bernardino hasn’t been the most ideal for you at your current situation. A nice shock will be good for your outlook. And going overseas is a little bit too drastic a move for you at this moment. Maybe in a year or so.”

Again, I was taken aback at the insightfulness of his comments. I smiled, shook his hand, and went off on my way.
